Email Accounts
Connect SMTP/IMAP to send emails and track replies
SMTP is used to send emails. Every send requires your manual confirmation — nothing goes out without your approval.
IMAP is used to check your inbox for replies to sent emails. When a reply is detected, the system automatically drafts a response using AI, which you can review and edit before sending.
Gmail users: Use smtp.gmail.com:587 / imap.gmail.com:993. You need an App Password (not your regular password).
Outlook/Office 365: Use smtp.office365.com:587 / outlook.office365.com:993.
Namecheap Private Email: Use mail.privateemail.com:465 (SMTP SSL) / mail.privateemail.com:993 (IMAP). Username = your full email address.
Logo on dark background above the email. NOTE: Logo URL contains your server IP. Only enable once you have a custom domain. Best left OFF for cold emails.
This signature is appended to all generated emails. Edit it to match your branding.
Upload files here (PDF brochure, rate sheet, etc.). They will be automatically attached to every email you send. ⚠ Attachments increase spam risk — use sparingly.
